It has been informed to all DDOs and Federal Government employees (AGPR-Islamabad) to note the list of FACs issued for 3rd Quarter 2023-24

Federal Government employees among this list who have not received their Fund Availability Certificate of 3rd Quarter of F.Y. 2023-24 by hand, email or postal mails, please contact Budget Section, office of the AGPR, Islamabad for further assistance.


Budget section of AGPR Islamabad deals the matter of long term advances to Federal Government Employees as per budget provision by the Finance Division. Finance Division provides budget quarterly during the financial year for the issuance of advance to Federal Government employees.

Categories

House Building Advance (HBA) Conveyance
HBA (BPS 1-9) I Motor Car
HBA (BPS 10-15) Motory Cycle
HBA (BPS 16-22) Cycle

Note: In HBA, every category further divided into two categories, i.e. General and Priority.

Eligibility Criteria

Loan Category Criteria Amount
Motor Car Basic Pay Rs 35,000/- and above 1,000,000/-
Motor Cycle Basic Pay Rs 15,001/- and above 100,000/-
Cycle Basic Pay upto Rs 15,000/- 10,000/-
HBA Gazatted

No minimum service required for FPSC recruited permanent employees

Equals to 36 Basic + Any type of Pays
Non-Gazatted

- 10 years regular service, or Permanent.
- Class-IV employees can apply after completing their probation period.

Equals to 36 Basic + Any type of Pays

Documents Required

House Building Advance (HBA)

  1. Original application proforma duly filled/ signed by applicant and DDO.

  2. Particulars & Attested copies of the Plot/House.

  3. Attested copies of the valid agreement deed made with the owner of the house/ plot / land to be purchased.

  4. Attested copies of the documents establishing proprietary rights in the name of the seller of the house/ plot/ land.

  5. Attested copy of the NIC.

  6. Attested copy of the latest Pay Slip.

Conveyance

  1. Original application proforma duly filled/ signed by applicant and DDO.

  2. Attested copy of the NIC.

  3. Attested copy of the latest Pay Slip
