The Additional AGPR supervises Administration Wing of AGPR and reports of the Accountant General. The Deputy Accountant General (Sr.) and Deputy Accountant General (TMW) reports to Additional AGPR. The Administration Wing duties include maintenance of service record of AGPR officers/officials, managing internal posting transfer and deputation of employees, recruitment/promotion cases. Processing of hiring cases and looking after the matters related to AGPR Colony i.e. allotment, repair & maintenance. Maintenance of Office building and allied matters. Coordination with Sub-offices of AGPR stationed at provinces. Processing of disciplinary cases. The Additional AGPR overall supervises the pre-Audit Sections, Treasury Manual Section for policy matters, Legal Sections for legal matters, Technology Management wing for overall HR Functions of Federal Government, processing of Federal Govt employees payroll, FI and assignment account.
